What is an LPAR?
Appointing a Law of Property Act Receiver (LPAR) is a strategic tool for lenders to recover debts secured against a property.
It provides a practical and cost-effective solution to take control of assets, protect lender interests, and facilitate the recovery of outstanding loans.

- An LPAR can limit the liabilities of the lender in recovering debt, and insulate the lender from negativity when enforcing their security.
