Why now?

The challenges facing UK communities today are sobering. According to the , 10% of young people aged 16 鈥� 24 have experienced loneliness, and over half feel they do not belong to their immediate neighbourhood, which impacts their health and future opportunities.

These statistics seem out of place in our modern world, but act as powerful reminders of why we, as a responsible business, are embedding our ESG ambition into everything we do, and investing in a social impact programme where we can make the biggest difference.

As a responsible business, we are continually asking ourselves: How can we be bigger, better, and bolder in delivering impact? Limitless is our answer.

Introducing Limitless: Our social impact programme

Launched this month, Limitless is about uniting our people, passion, and partnerships to create real, measurable change in the places that matter most to us. It combines significant financial support, hands-on volunteering opportunities, and a deep commitment to making a difference in our local communities.

At the heart of Limitless is our partnership with , a UK-wide charity supporting over 3,000 grassroots organisations. Sported helps community groups - especially those working in disadvantaged areas - access the resources they need to survive and thrive through the power of sport and physical activity.

A shared mission with Sported

Our partnership with Sported is just the beginning of a broader ambition to build a network of impactful community relationships. The initial roll-out focused on two key hubs - London and Manchester - where 博鱼体育集团 Frank volunteers supported local Sported member groups.

One early initiative is our work with , a community boating charity that delivers fully accessible watersports and learning experiences, improving life chances and wellbeing across all age groups and abilities.

Another example is , nestled underneath the Mancunian way flyover, just outside Manchester city centre. ProjektsMCR aims to develop people and places through skateboarding and skatepark activities. They focus on making skateboarding accessible to underrepresented groups, including those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, women and girls, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities.

Empowering communities through sport

Limitless in action

Our first volunteering days in London and Manchester have taken place over the last couple of weeks, showcasing exactly what it means to be part of Limitless. Local 博鱼体育集团 Frank teams have been onsite, working within the community to make a real, tangible difference. Team members taking part recognised the value they were adding, had fun, and enjoyed having a chance to learn more about the work of the local organisations and how their support is directly benefiting their community.
