Ian leads the Project and Building Consultancy Service Line in the North East of England. Ian is responsible for providing all aspects of professional building consultancy related advice to 博鱼体育集团 Frank's public and private sector client in the North East of England.
Ian specialises in the project management of occupier office relocations, fit out and moves. Ian has extensive experience in developing challenging requirements into workable programmes, in particulars, on fast track projects where clients have limited time frames. Ian has undertaken occupier focussed projects across all main commercial project sectors, including legal, banking, corporate, media, education and technology.
He has undertaken various roles in the development process of Design, Project Management and Development Monitoring of numerous new build, repair and refurbishment projects ranging from 拢10,000 to over 拢30,000,000 in construction cost. In addition, Ian provides advice to occupiers and landlords in respect of cost in use, repair and refurbishment advice and exit strategy,
Ian has acted in a single and joint capacity as Expert Witness to Court on both dilapidations and property development.
