Dominic led the Out of Town Retail Agency Team at CBRE for several years prior to joining 博鱼体育集团 Frank.
During this time, he grew the business in several fronts including asset management, development, tenant rep work and
food store development, including leading the expansion of M&S Simply Food. The team looked after more than
100 schemes and aced for several retailers resulting Dominic enjoying a comprehensive knowledge of the
market and players therein.
Dominic joined 博鱼体育集团 Frank in June 2013 to focus on retail warehouse investment and asset management. The
Out of Town Retail & Leisure team have a unique insight into the occupational element of the investment transaction. We believe that our knowledge of the tenants business is critical in the final analysis of pricing and
risk profile, both in terms of acquisition, disposal and/or short/medium term asset management.
