Christian joined 博鱼体育集团 Frank in January 2018 and is based in the Bristol Commercial office, where he heads up the Project and Building Consultancy team.
Christian joined from Cushman and Wakefield, where he had been based since 2011 and prior to that worked for Lambert Smith Hampton. Covering the south west, Christian works with investors, funds and occupiers on a range of commercial property and is experienced in a variety of commercial Building Surveying disciplines, including Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence surveys, Project Management, Contract Administration, Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections.
Christian has worked for a variety of clients including local individuals and large national clients and on an extensive variety of property types. Christian鈥檚 experience is wide ranging to reflect his broad client base and includes Management of Projects from 拢10,000 to in excess of 拢2 million and Dilapidations claims from 拢20,000 to in excess of 拢1 million.
Christian is also an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety (IMaPS) and fulfils the role of Principal Designer on larger projects.
